Cancellation policy for hotel rooms Ebsens Hotel

Individual travelers: No later than 7 days before arrival

For more than 2 rooms the following rules apply:
The order can be cancelled at least 6 weeks before arrival
Latest 14 days before arrival 25% of the reservation can be cancelled.
All cancellations/changes only by e-mail.

Payment terms: at arrival, unless otherwise agreed

Loss limitation duty:
In case of cancellation: the hotel is obliged to try the loss limited by selling to a third party.
